Home made vanilla cake, with two layers of cream cheese frosting and sprinkles.This was a birthday cake I baked for my Mother-in-law.

This was a recipe I got from one of my fav cooking shows and was excited to try it! The dessert is called "Sticky Apple Pudding Cake". You cook it in a coffee mug in the microwave for three minutes. Its that simple! and YUMMY!
